The feature of 2.8-12mm varifocal lens offers options of angles for the installation. For example, a cash register, a narrow aisle, entrance of a shop for facial identification, these applications would need a narrow focus lens, with adjustable function.

Its wide dynamic range (WDR) feature would be helpful when you need a camera facing a strong back light entrance door, or a window with outdoor light.

It would be a simple surveillance system with SD recording inside the camera at home when you travel overseas. The camera needs a 12V DC power supply to get it going. However, POE splitter, or POE send/receiver connectors will be able to assist the power transmission.
